About us

We are a group of drinking enthusiasts who have always enjoyed discovering and curating quality ingredients to mix delicious cocktails for our friends and guests. 

Over the years we have developed syrups, infusion mixes and garnishes to take our cocktails up a notch and we want to share that with you. Our products are handmade in small batches, always with fresh ingredients. 

We are based in Thunder Bay, Ontario at the head of Lake Superior and our name is a nod to drinking enthusiasts from days gone by. In the days of US prohibition, the city on the north shore of the big lake was a popular spot for smugglers to obtain Canadian-made alcohol to return to the US. The folks involved in that trade were known as 'rumrunners', and while we certainly don't advocate dabbling in any illegal trade, we do understand the desire to share a beverage with a friend or neighbour.
